• Pay all applicable fees, including government charges and service fees, in a timely manner.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

All service fees and government charges must be paid in advance or as agreed upon in the service contract. Prices are subject to change based on government updates.

4.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Government Fees: Government fees paid on your behalf are strictly non-refundable once the application has been processed.
• Service Fees: Service fees may be refundable only if Sky Zone Solutions fails to initiate the agreed service. Once work has commenced, service fees are non-refundable.
• Rejections: We are not responsible for entry refusals or visa rejections by government authorities. In such cases, fees remain non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sky Zone Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by government authorities or third-party service providers.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
• Changes in UAE laws or regulations that may affect your application or business setup.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services is limited to the amount of the service fee paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law
